Eugenia Stoitchkova is a senior business leader with more than 30 years of experience in marketing, commercial and general management, leading businesses and teams across more than 50 markets in Europe, Central Asia and the Middle East.
She spent 21 years with The Coca-Cola Company, holding a series of senior leadership positions across multiple regions. She served as General Manager for Italy and Albania before becoming Business Unit President for Eurasia and the Middle East, overseeing 25 markets spanning Turkey, Pakistan, the Middle East and Central Asia. Most recently, she led Coca-Cola’s Global Ventures unit, with responsibility for businesses including Costa Coffee, innocent, Monster and Doğadan. Prior to Coca-Cola, Eugenia spent 10 years with Danone in marketing roles across France, Russia and Bulgaria.
Alongside her executive career, Eugenia has extensive non-executive board experience. She currently serves on the Board of Directors of Coca-Cola HBC and previously served on the boards of Coca-Cola Beverages Africa and Coca-Cola Bottling Shqipëria. She has also held leadership roles across industry organisations, including AmCham Bulgaria, AmCham Turkey and the Bulgarian Media Council.
Eugenia has lived and worked across Sofia, Moscow, Paris, Milan, Istanbul and London and speaks Bulgarian, Russian, English, French and Italian.
