Ghadeer Alsawaei

Ghadeer is a project management professional and partnerships specialist with over 12 years of experience designing and managing complex development portfolios, building strategic partnerships, and strengthening institutional capacity. Her work focuses on aligning programs with strategic partnership priorities, developing strategies, managing projects, optimizing performance, and ensuring impact through data-driven decision-making and adaptive management.
